Our poetry team looks for poems with fresh and unexpected use of language, surprising line breaks and visual elements, and innovative form. While we appreciate a range of poetic approaches, we love emotionally intense poems with themes ranging from human connection to nature, place, and community--and we appreciate the occasional pop culture reference, too.
